freedom in the present moment

The only way to experience freedom is to learn how to be in the present. The Now, the space free from the illusion of time. It's by learning how to pause the logical and mental flow between past and future.


The moment that is, and it's already passed. But it feels like an extension of our existence.


In the present, we are the wind that touches our skin, we are the force that breathes life into the particles that give us shape, and the warmth of the sun.

We are the sensations in our body and the emotions that our brain creates to explain the interaction with the rest of the world.


In the present we are consciousness, we are ourselves and observers of ourselves.


We are everything and nothing at the same time and we're able to realize the infinite of the universe within each living being.
